Cancel an Order (Withdraw from Contract)
You can cancel your order, or part of it, within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. No account is needed: fill in the form below and press Confirm withdrawal. We will email you a confirmation right away.
- Not shipped yet? We cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Already delivered? We email you the return address. Send the items back unused and in their original packaging within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items (or proof that you sent them), to your original payment method.
