Shipping Times

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
• Express Shipping: 5-10 business days
• International: 14-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 to select destinations.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed (for clothing)
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Undamaged and in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Downloadable products

How to Return

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package your item securely and ship it back

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
