Shipping

Shipping Times

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Standard Shipping: 10-25 business days
• International: up to 30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 to select destinations.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, or your parcel never arrives, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (for a missing parcel, within 7 days of the latest estimated delivery date) with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

Change of Mind: 14-Day Returns

You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery using our cancellation form (no account needed) or the Contact Us page, with your order number and the items you are returning.
2. We will reply with the return address. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
3. Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
4. We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving them (or proof that you sent them), to your original payment method. For orders delivered in the EU or the UK we also refund the original standard shipping charge.

If you live in the EU or the UK, this 14-day right of withdrawal is your legal right. It does not limit any other rights you have under the law, including your rights for faulty goods.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

• Customized or personalized items
• Downloadable products

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
